American Nevada Company VP presented with BOMA Leadership Award

Natalie Allred-Stagnitta, vice president of property management at American Nevada Company, was presented with the Leadership Award from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Nevada during the Jan. 25 TOBY (The Outstanding Buildings of the Year) awards gala at the Durango Casino and Resort.

The Leadership Award is given annually to one outstanding professional, in recognition of exemplary and sustained contributions to the industry, the profession, the community and BOMA for the entirety of their career.

“We are glad BOMA chose to recognize what we already knew — Natalie’s professionalism and industry knowledge are unmatched,” said Phil Ralston, president of American Nevada Company. “Combined with her volunteerism, Natalie is a leader worthy of this recognition.”

Since rejoining American Nevada Company in late 2021, Allred-Stagnitta has been at the forefront of increasing American Nevada’s portfolio of properties and maintaining the company’s standard for excellence. In her role as vice president of property management, Allred-Stagnitta oversees daily operations, leads maintenance teams and builds client relationships.

A longtime Las Vegas resident, Allred-Stagnitta attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas then went on to work in real estate management services at several prominent commercial real estate firms. She holds a Nevada Real Estate Broker’s license and a Nevada Property Management permit, and she is a certified property manager (CPM), executive certified property manager and accredited residential manager (ARM).

Allred-Stagnitta has held numerous positions in industry professional organizations, such as the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV), Las Vegas Realtors and Nevada State Realtors. Outside of property management, Allred-Stagnitta works with Beyond Type 1, formerly the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and is a disciplinary layman panelist for the State Bar of Nevada, a governor-appointed position.
