Paul Hamilton

Paul Hamilton currently serves as the President and CEO for The Greenspun Corporation (TGC), a corporate conglomerate that has significant investment positions in print and electronic media publications, travel and tourism, real estate and gaming. He also is the chairman and CEO of American Nevada Holdings (ANH), TGC’s real estate development and management company.
While growing our management base, he and ANH also have completed strategic acquisitions, and are positioned to make opportunistic acquisitions going forward.
Phillip N. Ralston
Phillip N. Ralston is president of American Nevada Company, a Greenspun company that specializes in the design, development and management of commercial properties, and that has a history of developing master-planned communities. Now celebrating his 30th anniversary with the company, Ralston’s responsibilities include oversight of the operations of the company, strategic planning, oversight of the financial and risk management activities, and management of development activities.
He is a CPA and an honorary member of the Southern Nevada Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Ralston also has been active in community issues through service on RTC, SNWA and LVVWD community stakeholder committees over the past two decades, helping to inform policy makers in transit and water-related issues. He is a board member of UNLV’s Lee Business School Executive Advisory Board, and of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation. In 2022, Ralston was selected as the Lee Business School Alumnus of the Year.
Natalie Stagnitta
Natalie Stagnitta rejoined American Nevada Company in late 2021 as its vice president of property management. She previously served in the same position for 18 years prior to 2014. In this role, Stagnitta oversees daily operations, leads maintenance teams, builds client relationships and drives portfolio growth.
A longtime Las Vegas resident, Stagnitta attended Valley High School and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She went on to work as principal and vice president of real estate management services at Avison Young. Later, as the regional property manager and corporate broker at Vestar Properties Inc., she oversaw institutional, corporate and third-party assets, including The District at Green Valley Ranch, a class A, mixed-use lifestyle center with high-end retailers, office and residential components.
As the executive vice president and corporate broker for The Equity Group, she was responsible for a portfolio of more than 8 million square feet and supervised a property management staff of 30 employees, one of her largest business accomplishments to date.
Stagnitta holds a Nevada Real Estate Broker’s license as well as a Nevada Property Management permit, and she is a certified property manager (CPM), executive certified property manager and accredited residential manager (ARM). She is a past president of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)’s Chapter 99 (2020-21), where she was the 2020 and 2021 CPM of the Year and currently serves as a global councilor; a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), where she was the 2018 Principal of the Year; and a sponsorship chairperson for the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network. She served as president of the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) in 2023 and has held directorships with Las Vegas Realtors and Nevada State Realtors.
Outside of her career, Stagnitta served on the board of directors and was a Nevada advocacy chair for Beyond Type 1 (formerly the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), one of the world’s largest nonprofit funders of type 1 diabetes research. Additionally, she is a disciplinary layman panelist for the State Bar of Nevada, a governor-appointed position.
Linda Castle
As senior property manager for American Nevada Company, Linda Castle manages the company’s commercial properties and reports directly to Natalie Allred, vice president of property management. She joined the American Nevada Company in 2022.
Prior to working for ANC, Linda worked in the commercial property management industry in Las Vegas for more than fifteen years. She has experience in managing industrial, office, retail, and property owner associations.
Linda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University.
Michelle Lancara
Michelle Lancara serves in the role of association manager for American Nevada Company. A licensed real estate property manager, Lancara has more than 10 years of experience in multi-family, residential and commercial real estate management. She assists homeowners’ association board members with annual budgets, collection policies, rules and regulations, architectural guidelines and covenants, conditions and restrictions. Her other duties include calculating and billing dues; maintaining common areas and managing contracted services; scheduling regular property inspections; enforcing governing documents and collection policies; and organizing annual association board meetings.
A La Habra, California, native, Lancara has made Las Vegas her home since 2008.
Danny Calvert
Daniel Calvert brings more than 30 years of construction experience, including work on restaurants, retail, tenant improvement and casino projects, to his role at American Nevada Company. As general construction manager, he provides oversight for all general construction activities. His problem-solving skills, as well as his ability to deliver quality projects on time and within budget, make him a welcome asset to the team.
Jeanette Ivan
Jeanette Ivan serves as a Property Manager for American Nevada Company, where she is responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and strategic oversight of a dynamic commercial real estate portfolio. Her role encompasses a wide range of core functions, including budgeting and financial reporting, vendor and contract management, property inspections, lease administration, tenant retention, and capital improvement planning. Jeanette is known for her proactive management style, strong attention to detail, and ability to build trusted relationships with tenants, ownership groups, and service providers alike.
With a focus on operational excellence and long-term asset value, Jeanette ensures properties under her care are well-maintained, compliant, and aligned with ownership objectives.
She brings over 16 years of experience in commercial property management across office, retail, industrial, and medical asset classes. Prior to joining American Nevada Company, Jeanette served in similar roles at Avison Young, and began her career at CBRE Las Vegas in 2009, where she supported the management of more than 7 million square feet of real estate for strategic and institutional clients.
Isabella Clinger
As assistant property manager at American Nevada Company, Isabella Clinger plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the commercial property management team, whether she’s assisting with property oversight, streamlining processes or collaborating with tenants and vendors.
Clinger brings a diverse background to American Nevada Company, including two years in the residential investment industry, where she helped the company grow from three employees to a team of seven, several virtual assistants and 17 interns. She also spent more than a decade managing a private property, where she coordinated events, oversaw vendors such as housekeepers and landscapers, managed household logistics and assisted with various personal property needs.
A longtime Las Vegas resident, Clinger enjoys the fast-paced, people-focused nature of the industry and takes pride in contributing to a team that’s focused on growth and excellence. When she’s not at work, you can find her exploring new places and restaurants, spending time with family and friends, or binge-watching a new TV series at home.
Ryan Walker
Ryan Walker serves in the role of contract administrator, Walker has over 15 years of experience in managing administrative duties with various industries in pharmaceutical, marketing, global trade show and exhibition, eSports, and now property management. Some of his responsibilities include contract management, review of insurance requirements, and lease audit for compliance. His exceptional ability in time management and organizational skills is a great addition in supporting the property management team.
Originally from Southern California, Walker was captivated by the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas and set his roots in the early 2000s. Outside of work, Walker enjoys traveling, experiencing multi-cultural cuisines, and binge-watching reality shows.
Santhana Sourivong
Santhana Sourivong serves as American Nevada Company’s A/P A/R Specialist. A long-time resident of Southern Nevada, she hails from Hawaii, where she earned an accounting degree prior to relocating to the Las Vegas area.
Before working in property management, Sourivong honed her customer service skills and performed in vital operations positions for a large commercial contracting company.
Erika Weiland
Receptionist/Property Management Assistant
Erika Weiland has worked in the property management and homeowners association (HOA) industry since 2008, and she brings a wealth of experience to her position as receptionist and property management assistant for American Nevada Company. Prior to joining American Nevada Company, she was the administrative assistant for the Turnberry Towers HOA for 14 years and also served as the office coordinator for GGD Oakdale (Rhino Investments).
Roxy Madjarian
Senior Accountant
Roxy Madjarian, as senior accountant at American Nevada Company, oversees a wide range of financial operations including budget analysis, tenant CAM setup and reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation. With over a decade of experience in corporate and property accounting, she has supported financial operations and reporting for diverse asset types, including multi-family, commercial and retail properties.
Originally from California, Madjarian has called Las Vegas home since 2014. She began her academic journey at California State University, Los Angeles, earning an associate degree before completing her Bachelor of Science in business management at the University of Phoenix in 2008.
Todd Brown
Assistant Controller
As assistant controller, Todd Brown brings his decades of financial experience to the American Nevada Company team as he manages accounting operations and ensures accuracy and efficiency at all steps. Brown is a CPA with expertise in SEC compliance, corporate finance, US GAAP and technical accounting, and he has a long history of overseeing complex financial transactions while also streamlining processes.
Originally from Tampa, Florida, Brown moved to Las Vegas in 2012 to work with Affinity Gaming and then Remark Holdings, where he advanced to vice president of finance. He has been recognized with awards for his ability to reconcile accounts and maintain excellence in technical accounting research.
Brown holds both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from the University of South Florida.
Mac Gill
Maintenance Manager
Mac Gill brings nearly a decade of experience in electrical, plumbing, painting and landscaping to the position, which includes work on multi-family complexes and extensive pool and spa maintenance for American Nevada Company properties. He gained his experience working for companies such as WestCorp Management Group, PoolStar and RAAMCO International.
“Gill’s background and skill make him an asset to our operation,” said Natalie Allred, vice president of property management.
David Huffman
David brings more than three years of commercial maintenance experience to the team. His has previous experience as a locksmith, painter, plumber and electrician. He gained his experience while working at Shadow Hills Church as an assistant maintenance director, and as a maintenance tech for ACT. Along with commercial experience, Huffman also has extensive experience in residential properties.
Chris Vazquez
Chris Vazquez brings five years of maintenance experience to the team, working in multi-family apartment homes across the Las Vegas Valley for companies such as Pinnacle Apartments, Cushman & Wakefield Residential Property Management and Nevada HAND, a nonprofit developer, builder and manager of apartment homes. Starting as a porter, he worked his way up to a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-certified heating, ventilation and air conditioning technician and is now eager to join the American Nevada Company’s team to learn and master commercial maintenance.

Craig Dunlap
Craig Dunlap is general counsel of American Nevada Company. In his over 25-year career as an attorney, his practice has included the formation and financing of businesses in Nevada, as well as litigation, restructuring, and bankruptcy proceedings. Dunlap has handled trials, mediations, arbitrations, and appeals in state and federal courts. Before working with American Nevada, he worked as general counsel to a property development company, as an attorney at law firms, and as a law clerk to a federal bankruptcy judge.
Dunlap received his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Utah, and is admitted to practice in Nevada and Utah. He has also been repeatedly named to the annual editions of Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers, and holds a Martindale-Hubble Preeminent (AV) rating.
Eric M. Bashaw, CPA
Eric Bashaw is the vice president of tax and accounting at the Greenspun Corporation, where he manages both the internal tax department and the family accounting office. He worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP for nine years prior, working in offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, Las Vegas Office, and the National Tax Practice in Washington D.C., specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Bashaw’s tax background includes working with various public and non-public multinational C-corporations, partnerships, and high net-worth individuals.
Bashaw holds a Master of Accountancy (with an emphasis in taxation) from BYU – 1996. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Stephen Griffin
Stephen Griffin is the Director of Finance at The Greenspun Corporation, and has been with the company since 2005. He has more than 20 years of experience in the preparation and review of financial statements, tax return preparation, and working with high net-worth individuals. Prior to joining The Greenspun Corporation, he worked in public accounting doing tax and audit work for several firms in the Las Vegas area. Outside of the office, he lives in Henderson, has been married for 20 years, and enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.
Stephen Griffin holds a B.A. in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. He is a State of Nevada Certified Public Accountant, and a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ruth Clark
Ruth Clark joined the Greenspun Corporation as Director of Risk Management in 2007. In that capacity, she is responsible for the corporation’s risk assessments as well as designing and managing the commercial insurance programs for the The Greenspun Corporation and all affiliated companies, both domestic and international. Clark is a 23-year active member of the Nevada Chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and is currently serving on the board of directors with past positions of Nevada state delegate, chapter president, chapter vice president and more.
Born in Germany, Clark attended Pierce College and Cal State Northridge in Southern California. She maintains all state and national insurance licenses in addition to maintaining additional risk-related certifications. Outside the office, Clark has been married to husband Gary for 24 years, enjoys traveling and is committee chair of her HOA’s book club.

I see numerous office buildings every year but this one was by far one of the nicest and cleanest building I have had the pleasure of doing business in. BRAVO!
