American Nevada recognizes the importance of correctly managing commercial Tenant Insurance Certificates (COIs). We utilize the MyCOI platform and provide COI management in our Property Management Services.
The program we use provides several key benefits, including:
- Centralized Data Management – allows for easier COI renewal tracking
- Automated Alerts and Reminders – tenants and insurance brokers receive notifications and reminders. These reminders as well as the communication system can be customized
- Enhanced Compliance – automating the COI tracking and verification process helps ensure COIs are up-to-date and compliant with the tenant’s lease.
- Improved Efficient – workflow is streamlined by automating many of the manual tasks.
- Efficient and Cost Savings – managing COIs electronically is easy, fast, and efficient and comes with the added benefit of reduces expenses for tenants and brokers by eliminating the need for paper forms and postage.
- Better Risk Management – having visibility of a Tenant’s COI status (including endorsements outlined in the tenant lease); we’re able to verify correct insurance coverage is in place, to protect the property owner.
