American Nevada Company’s new assistant property manager, Isabella Clinger, brings a diverse background to the team. Clinger spent two years in the residential investment industry and helped her former company grow from three employees to a team of seven, along with several virtual assistants and 17 interns. She managed a private property, including coordinating events, overseeing vendors, managing household logistics and assisting with various personal property needs for more than 10 years.

In her new role, Clinger supports the day-to-day operations of the commercial property management team and is responsible for assisting with property oversight, streamlining processes and collaborating with tenants and vendors.

A longtime Las Vegas resident, Clinger enjoys the fast-paced, people-focused nature of the industry and takes pride in contributing to a team focused on growth and excellence. When not at work, she enjoys exploring new places, trying out new restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
