Jeanette Ivan has joined American Nevada Company as assistant property manager. Her duties include supporting the property management team with day-to-day accounting, marketing, operations and financial activities for the property portfolio. Ivan will be working with Natalie Allred, who returned in 2021 as vice president of property management to oversee American Nevada Company’s steadily increasing management portfolio, which now encompasses 2 million square feet of commercial property in Southern Nevada.

Ivan has 13 years of commercial property management experience in office, retail, industrial and medical management and has served previously in a similar capacity at Avison Young. She started her career at CBRE Las Vegas, where she assisted in the portfolio management of 7 million square feet of retail, industrial and office space for strategic and national clients.
