Jeanette Ivan, who joined American Nevada Company in 2022 as an assistant property manager, has been promoted to property manager and will be taking on new management responsibilities for a portfolio of properties. She will maintain a commitment to tenant satisfaction, coordinate vendors and ensure operational efficiency is up to the high standards for which American Nevada Company is known.

Ivan has resided in Las Vegas for 30 years and has been in the commercial property management industry for over 16 years, serving previously in a similar capacity at Avison Young and CBRE Las Vegas. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and serves on the planning committees of both organizations.
