Ruby’s Shake Shop debuts in Henderson as American Nevada Company tenant

Ruby’s Shake Shop celebrated its debut in Henderson Aug. 14, 2025, with a ribbon-cutting at 2245 Village View Drive, a property managed by American Nevada Company. Henderson Mayor Michelle Romero and Councilwoman Monica Larson were in attendance, along with Joe Micatrotto, owner of the new Ruby’s location. The American Nevada Company team was well represented, with President Phil Ralston, Director of Construction Danny Calvert, Vice President of Property Management Natalie Allred-Stagnitta, Property Manager Jeanette Ivan and Assistant Property Manager Isabella Clinger.

The Henderson Ruby’s shares a parking lot with The District at Green Valley Ranch, the first mixed-use project in the Las Vegas Valley, developed by American Nevada Company and opened in 2004. Ruby’s Shake Shop belongs to the portfolio of the Las Vegas-based Ruby’s Hospitality Group, which also includes a Ruby’s Shake Shop in Reno near the University of Nevada, Reno. In Southern Nevada, this new Henderson location joins the full-service Ruby’s Diner in Terminal D of Harry Reid International Airport and a shakes-only Ruby’s location inside Arturo’s Pizza at Tahiti Village.

In addition to the namesake shakes and a variety of mix-in options, Ruby’s menu boasts Angus beef burgers and meatless Impossible patty options, fries, salads, chili, sandwiches and tots. The original Ruby’s Diner opened in 1982 in Newport Beach, California, and expanded to 11 Ruby’s Diners across Southern California. More information about the restaurant’s California roots and its newer operations here in Nevada can be found at Rubys.com.
