Crystal Kursa is part of American Nevada’s team of skilled property managers. She has an extensive background in building operations and facilities management overseeing multi-site commercial and residential portfolios. She has handled operational delivery, tenant relations and lease administration for a wide variety of properties, in addition to providing vendor oversight, budget management and capital project coordination.

Crystal worked her way up in the industry, starting as an assistant property manager for a residential portfolio in Bremerton, Washington. Within a few years she was administering lease operations across 5 million square feet of commercial property and partnering with accounting teams to manage $1 million or more in monthly receivables. In 2020, Crystal earned her real estate sales license through the American School of Real Estate.

Born and raised in Southern Nevada, Crystal spends her spare time gardening, serving as a competitive cheer mom, and rooting for the Golden Knights. We are pleased to have Crystal on our team, helping American Nevada uphold our standard of excellence in tenant satisfaction and facility management.
