Lia Castro recently joined American Nevada Company as assistant property manager. She helps maintain all aspects of tenant relations and lease administration, upholding our high standards of tenant satisfaction by responding quickly to concerns. Lia serves as a tenant liaison and coordinates maintenance and repairs, ensuring efficiency at each step of the process. Her most recent property management role was with the Ribeiro Companies, where she gained familiarity with large-scale building occupancy and maintenance tasks.

Lia is fluent in Filipino and conversational Spanish, allowing her to more easily coordinate and create relationships with vendors, contractors and tenants in our diverse community. She made Southern Nevada her home in 2004, and her experience here over the past two decades spans work with home builders, facilities maintenance and title, escrow and deed companies.

Prior to entering the industry, Lia studied nursing at Cypress Community College in Orange County, California. In her spare time, Lia can be found enjoying the outdoors on her paddleboard or in her kitchen creating custom cake pops and other treats.
