American Nevada Company names VP of property management

HENDERSON, Nev. – American Nevada Company has named Kimberly Kern as Vice President of Property Management. Her priority is to ensure properties are managed to the highest standards while long-term asset value and client objectives are supported.

Kern took on the new role April 1. She brings more than 35 years of comprehensive experience overseeing office, retail and industrial properties across multiple markets. She held the position of vice president of leasing and management with the Ribeiro Company and Pacific Business Centre in Southern Nevada and has managed approximately 1.8 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space throughout her career. At American Nevada, she now oversees a team of nine property managers and support staff to manage assets totaling almost 2.5 million square feet.

As a longtime resident of Southern Nevada, Kern has a strong understanding of the local market and regulatory environment. She holds both a Nevada real estate broker’s license and Nevada property manager permit.
