American Nevada Company, which has been steadily increasing its management portfolio and now oversees operations for 2 million square feet of commercial property in Southern Nevada, has been awarded the commercial property management contract for Harmon Square, a 35,000-square-foot property located on the corner of Harmon Avenue and Paradise Road, across from the Virgin Hotel and Casino (previously the Hard Rock Hotel). This property is 100% leased, with tenants including Dunkin’ Donuts, White Castle, Liquor World, Teriyaki Madness, MedMen, Roberto’s Tacos, 7-Eleven and Tropical Smoothie.
