American Nevada Company has been awarded a contract to manage the association common areas for Fort Apache Professional Park, a medical and office complex in southwest Las Vegas fronting Fort Apache just south of Sunset. The office park consists of six freestanding, single-story office and medical buildings ranging in size from 4,131 to 14,400 square feet. Buildings are offered for sale starting from $250.00 per square foot and suites for lease from $1.60 per square foot.  Buildings can be delivered in turn-key condition.
