American Nevada Company recently signed a lease with Kona Grill for its next location, in American Nevada’s Shops at the District, 2245 Village View Drive, the new development in The District at Green Valley Ranch. Kona Grill, part of The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc., has one location at Boca Park in Summerlin, and this will be its first Henderson location of the classic American grill.

“This project will bring even more depth to the cuisine available in Henderson,” said Phil Ralston, president of American Nevada Company.

Kona Grill is known for its polished casual, bar-centric grill concept, featuring American favorites, award-winning sushi, and specialty cocktails in an upscale atmosphere. The new 7,195-square-foot Henderson location will feature menus spanning across all day parts from brunch, lunch, happy hour, late night happy hour and dinner. There are currently 25 Kona Grill locations nationwide with more in development.
