Three LVR Leaders Elected to IREM Las Vegas Board

LAS VEGAS – Three prominent members of Las Vegas REALTORS® (LVR) have been elected to serve on the 2024 Executive Board of the Las Vegas chapter of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).

LVR members serving on IREM’s 2024 board include Natalie Allred, 2023 president of the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV), Joshua Campa, 2024 president-elect of LVR, and Angelina Scarcelli, immediate past president of CALV.

Allred is vice president of property management for American Nevada Company. Her professional designations include being a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®).

Campa is the director of management and leasing and a team leader of the McGarey Campa Group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices – Nevada Properties. His professional designations include being an ARM® and a Residential Management Professional (RMP®).

Scarcelli is the managing director of real estate management services in Nevada for Colliers International. She is a CPM®and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
