American Nevada Company has won the BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) TOBY Award for outstanding building of the year in the Suburban Low-Rise category. The award, which recognizes offices under 100,000 sf, was presented at a ceremony held Jan. 29, 2022, at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spa.  The building is called Plaza 8 and is located at 2270 Corporate Circle in Henderson.
