The new year is shaping up to be a busy one for American Nevada’s vice president of property management, Natalie Allred.

As incoming president of the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV), the commercial real estate division of Las Vegas REALTORS ®, she will be responsible for helping to keep its member professionals educated, up-to-date on important industry developments, and well-represented on issues of public policy.

Natalie also serves on the board of directors of Las Vegas Realtors, the largest professional organization in Southern Nevada, which works to promote home ownership and enables its more than 17,000 members to successfully conduct business with integrity and competence.

In addition, Natalie is a director for Nevada REALTORS ®, a statewide association invested in the success of its members by providing services, advocating for their members’ interests, and protecting private property rights.

Contributing her time, talents and energy to these trade associations enables Natalie to play an instrumental role in setting policies that positively impact the Southern Nevada real estate industry and its members.
