Natalie Allred

Vice President of Property Management, American Nevada Company

Vegas Inc. has recognized longtime Las Vegas resident Natalie Allred of American Nevada Company as its 2022 Community Award honoree.  Now the vice president of property management, Allred plays an integral part as American Nevada Company continues to rapidly expand its portfolio.

In 2020-2021, Allred was elected and served as the president of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the most highly recognized and credentialed real estate organization in the world.

Allred gives back to the community even outside of her career. She serves on the board of directors and is a Nevada advocacy chair for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDFR), one of the world’s largest nonprofit funders of Type 1 diabetes research, that helps more than 15,000 Nevadans who are challenged by the disease.
