American Nevada Company President and Bald by Design team captain Phil Ralston gets his head shaved by his daughter, Erin, as part of the fundraising efforts for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation annual head-shaving event held Sept. 18 at McMullan’s Irish Pub. The team raised more than $114,000 in support of kids with childhood cancer.
