Local dignitaries and developers gathered for the groundbreaking for the Sync, a luxury apartment community in North Las Vegas. American Nevada Company and Warmington Apartment Communities Inc. broke ground on Sync, a 9.4-acre, 203-unit luxury apartment community near Aliante Hotel and Casino on Nov. 2. The two- and three-story buildings will feature residences ranging in size from 815 to 1,338 square feet, attached garages and garden-style walkup. At build out, the upscale community will include a resort-style pool and spa, fitness center and outdoor spaces with barbecues, cabanas, seating and fire pit.

American Nevada Company, master developer of the Aliante master-planned community, has owned the Sync property since shortly after the Bureau of Land Management sold the Aliante land site.

Phil Ralston of American Nevada Company and Greg Oberling of Warmington Apartment Communities created the joint venture with American Nevada Company assisting throughout the design and entitlement process. Warmington Apartment Communities is the primary developer and manager of day-to-day development and operations.

Completion of the community is expected in the fourth quarter of 2022.
