American Nevada Realty, the real estate and property management arm of American Nevada Company, has signed management contracts with TLM Holdings, LLC, on nine industrial assets and one retail asset, all located in Southern Nevada. The portfolio total is just over 300,000 square feet.

American Nevada Realty has developed more than 3 million square feet of office, retail, light industrial, hotel and apartment properties, including the master-planned Green Valley Corporate Center and Corporate Center South office parks, and currently owns or manages approximately 2 million square feet of commercial properties.
