American Nevada Company vice president of property management, Natalie Allred, who also serves as president of Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV), the commercial real estate division of Las Vegas REALTORS (LVR), partnered with other local real estate organizations to support Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY). Their collecting and volunteering efforts culminated on Saturday, April 22, when they gathered to remodel several of NPHY’s local housing units that provide temporary homes for previously-homeless youth.
“Homelessness is a growing concern here in Southern Nevada,” said Allred. “Sadly, young people are often the most affected, with many struggling to find a safe place to call home. This is an important step toward helping these young people gain stability and start a new chapter.”
NPHY is the most comprehensive service provider for the thousands of young people experiencing homelessness in our community, providing access to life-changing services for homeless youth 24 hours a day at virtually every street corner in Southern Nevada.
